A Kindergarten Smorgasboard Five For Friday! April 2013

HAPPY FRIDAY!  I hope you have had a great week.  Our week was super productive.  And then today hit and BAM!  Nothing.  We had a teacher out so we had extra kids…well that just ruins the day totally.  And I had a situation with a student that kept me in and out all morning.  So we had a very down day!  But it’s the weekend!!

I am linking up with Doodle Bugs Teaching for the Five For Friday Linky Party!

Here are my five random pictures from the week that was!
We got our supplies from Donor’s Choose and I forgot that I hard ordered glitter watercolor paint.  As soon as I opened that box, we painted umbrellas!  GLITTER!

Random Target find!  Seriously, why bones in April?  I don’t get it, but I will take them for Halloween!!  Dem bones!

Cloudy With A Chance of Meatballs.  We ended up doing some persuasive writing (TEACHABLE MOMENT!) and this was my favorite:  “I want to food to fall from the sky so I don’t have to waste my money on food!”  TRUE STORY!

Mustache luggage tags.  NUFF SAID!
And number five is a freebie for you!  We are addicted to QR codes in the kindergarten smorgasboard! The kids are wild for these in centers so why not keep them coming to keep the common core learning going!  Engaging…fun…highly effective!  BAM!
