I have never used QR codes in my class before. We don't have iPads or smartphones in our school system. But WOW! I learned a lot by watching your video. You have opened my eyes to something really cool. I hope to be able to get some of this technology in my class. I just started my first blog and am in the very beginning stages of it.

Love your videos! My students LOOOVE QR codes! The possibilities are endless. I taught a 4-5th grade technology camp the middle two weeks of June and my kiddos learned how to make QR codes using kawya–they. were. obsessed. Hoping to use them even more next year with my 1st graders–thanks for the freebies!

I do not use QR codes now, but would love to learn how! I would also love your new pack! You are, for sure, my favorite blogger of the summer. I look forward to reading your blog each time there is a new post. I am also going to make your pepperoni spaghetti too. I am not much of a cook and this looks great! Thanks for sharing!

as usual a wonderful post! !! I am very excited to start using these codes in my classroom. I was very nervous at first but you have made it seem not as scary and as Burgess said in his awesome book transformation is needed for success. I will add these to add excitement! !!

I have not used QR codes in my room due to the lack of technology available in my school. I loved the video, hopefully I'll be able to use it once I do have the capability.
I use QR codes, and my students loved them! We used them for sight words and to easily find YouTube videos related to our theme.

I downloaded your freebies at the end of last year, and tried them with my kiddos. What a success. Talked to my tech guy, and we're going to try displaying codes with classroom activities attached for open house. Our parents will be able to see their kids in action. Can't wait to see their reaction!
QR codes are so much fun. You can make them for anything!! My students last year would beg me to make some more. Your measurement pack is adorable. It's already in my wish list.

Greg,
This was a great tutorial! I loved it. One of the things I do differently is to add the QR codes as additional pages onto the original PowerPoint that I created so that I have everything in one place. Then, I just print out the pages with the QR codes.
That recipe looks AMAZING!!!! I love italian and I am almost positive that has all of my favorites all in one dish! I will have to make that this week! YUM
Your video is great! I was clueless on how to make a QR code! Thanks so much for sharing! I am going to try and use these in my classroom this year because I know my kids will love them!
THanks for sharing!

I'm followin' on Bloglovin'! I would love to win your common core measurement pack. My district is officially going common core next year. I don't use QR codes but seeing as how my students all are so tech savvy, I should learn how!

I didn't use QR codes last year – I was really nervous to let the kids run around the room with an ipad or iphone and run they would have done too! Maybe this next year's class will be different so I can enjoy all your fun QR activities!!! I would love to win your new measurement pack too!! I've got a question for you – what are you going to use your new glitter clips for???
I was wanting to make some QR codes for my students, and I just knew you would have the perfect tutorial. Thank you Mr. Greg!
