October Currently!

How is not Friday?!  One more day!  I might be late to the party….but I’m finally linking up with Farley at Oh Boy 4th Grade for her Currently!

For some odd reason, I have CNN turned on.  Seriously…it’s a playground game of “he did…she did…”  They’re WORSE than 5 year olds.  DISGRACE.   I vote that we load out kids onto buses and take over Congress!
I keep saying it…but I love my new school.  It’s a happy, kid centered place…people are fun, supportive, respectful and helpful.  I feel so appreciated and respected…it’s a total U-turn from my previous situation.  I’m SUPER excited for our school’s fall festival tomorrow!  It’s my first fall festival at the school.  Can I just say that I think it’s going to be a BLAST!  And a huge success.  (It better be…the funds are buying technology for teachers…that means SMART BOARD for me!)  ANYONE IN NASHVILLE OR THE AREA…COME SUPPORT US!
The highlight of the evening….will be Mr. Greg in the dunking booth.  TRUE STORY!  The principal and I will be in the dunking booth all night!  He even made an announcement about it yesterday afternoon…the kids are beyond excited!    Oh yeah…i’m also tasked with the decorating!  I’m gonna rock some hay bales and scarecrows!!!!  I’ll share pictures of my magic!
I am wanting to sleep…but with grad school and school and my blog (which I love love love love) and stuff…I am beat.  BUT I get a 2 week fall break starting MONDAY!
I say this every month…I am so blessed with a loving family…the mister and Butters are the best family you could ask for…love my friends…my career…my home…I’m healthy (minus the crazy sore throat that goes on and on…) so I am simply blessed!
And now my treat…I LOVE instagram!  I love the app Phonto.  I use Phonto to write on my pictures..  Sure…there are many great apps for editing and writing on photos but I love that Phonto lets me use MY fonts…so all of those fun fonts from Kimberly Geswein and From The Pond can be on my phone too!!!  HAPPY DAY!
Go see my friend Farley and check out all of the fun Currently posts!
