This center has been a huge boost to my ‘staches who are struggling with blending. The scaffolding that is built in is just what they need to work on their sounds and blending!
What Does The Fox Say? He says write those CVC-E words!
I introduced this center today and it’s an instant favorite! Because it’s funny! They make super silly sentences so they get to laugh and giggle.
Two highlights of the sentences today:
“I want a beer.” (The picture was a bear)
“I will go to the sandwich.” (Who doesn’t love going to the sandwich?)

Here’s my tip for the paint sticks: Go to Wal-Mart and grab a giant handful. Head to the register. Play the kindergarten teacher card. The cashier will say you can have them because she doesn’t want to deal with figuring out how to ring them up. True story.
