Howdy folks! Today was a very exciting day for me! It was the first time I was an actually presenter!!!! I was a nervous wreck at first but after my first presentation, I felt better!! I presented how I run, set up and differentiate centers to each grade level at my school.
I am sharing the video and PowerPoint presentation with you! I saved the Powerpoint as a PDF so there weren’t any formatting issues! Just click on the picture to download your copy!

Fantabulous!!!! CONGRATS!!! You are now a veteran! 🙂 n Presenting is so much fun isn't it!
Great presentation! I want to know where in the world you found that cabinet with so many tubs in it? That is so awesome!
Awesome video! I have read your posts on centers but its just great to hear it explained “in person”! 😉
Great job! Good to get a little practice in before ITeachK! Thank you for sharing! Look forward to seeing more.

At the risk of sounding creepy…I'm thrilled to hear your voice. I've read your blog with interest and love your ideas. Great job. Thanks.
I watched the video and enjoyed listening to your center routines! Great job presenting!
Great job!! I loved hearing you're presentation! As soon as I'm caught up with everything from almost 2 weeks of #snowOMG in South Carolina, I'm going to get started on setting mine up like yours!
Super job!!! I watched your presentation today during my prep and thought you did a great job! It's so nice to finally have a voice to match the person :0) I could never do it! I teach Gearing Up for Kindergarten on Tuesday nights to parents and always have such a nervous stomach ache!!!! I hate standing in front of an audience. SMILE more next time you are awesome!!!
Love your presentation and center ideas. Could you tell me where you get those fabulous colored drawers from?
Great Job!! I would love to visit your classroom to see it all in action. The drawer idea is so space saving and you can make so much work available.
Hi Greg, you said the the presentation you have 5 centers: tubs, computer, read to self, write the room, and listening. But you center wheel has nine icons that the groups line up with (around the outside of the big circle). I can't tell if you repeat some – the pic wouldn't zoom in clearly. Can you clarify? Thanks,
Some tragic TYPOS up there, sorry!
Thanks for the videos! What does word study consist of?
lori.alford@rcs.k12.al.us if you want to email
@ Jennib Did you ever get an answer about the nine icons? I was wondering the same thing!
Hi. I do repeat some of the centers! There are 2 tub centers and 2 write the rooms. There are 5 centers but some of them are on the wheel twice to give more choices and help spread us out! Hope this helps!
